How to Use This Site Use this site to enter events
There are 4 steps
1) Create your account; you will need a working email address
2) Add your Personal details;
These can also be entered as you complete your first entry form, we will retain these so other event entries can be part completed for you
3) After completing your entry, confirm your entry and select your payment method
4) The following payment methods are supported (not all may be accepted on every event)
BACS: Use your own Bank's electronic or telephone banking to send a payment to us, we supply you with the required payment details including payment reference
PayPal: accepts PayPal accounts and Credit Cards without needing a PayPal account. We never see your card details, we jut receive the funds with a reference we supply. Because of processing fees, we may need to charge a small supplement to cover these costs. This fee ill be clearly shown
Cash / Cheque: Send your payment by a physical means to the address we supply. By arrangement the organiser May accept payment on the day.
You may return to update / complete your entry detail if necessary at any time before to the closing date
Cookies To use this site, Session Cookies must be enabled. This is usually not a problem.
Login Problems If you cannot log on, it is worth checking. Cookie settings, You will be offered to have a reminder email sent to your registered email address
Entering Event In order to enter an event you must create an account, this requires a working email address.
If you do not have an email address you should contact the organiser, and they may be able to enter your details on your behalf.
My Events (Preferences) You can select which types of events you want to see, the filter will only be applied once you have logged on
My Account A menu of items that allows you to maintain your personal data, including changing your email address and Emergency Contact details. Any data you enter is only used to pre-populate event entry forms.
Event Details Clicking on an event name opens the details screen,
This will list basic event information, It also offers the event entry list to date NB Some types of event (usually those that include an overnight away from home) do NOT publish entries except to other entrants.
Entry Forms Validation is applied when pressing 'OK' will check if all required information has been completed.
Any required fields that are empty will become highlighted in Red, Important but not critical information will be highlighted in Yellow.
Any red fields must be completed before the form can be submitted. If only Yellow fields remain, you may ignore validation and submit the form. However any missing information must be provided before the event closing date.
To do this, just log on again and complete your entry.
